We do not charge by the amount of calls that come into your office after hours; instead, we only charge for taking messages and for delivering messages for the on call person. We simply do not feel comfortable charging our clients for incoming calls to tell callers that offices are closed, to relay hours or to provide addresses and fax numbers.
We have been in the medical answering service business for years. We understand the importance for offices to receive high quality after-hours services while maintaining a budget. As such, we have management available to share advice and to tailor our services to meet your specific needs.
At GWHS there are no contracts that obligate you to us in any way. However, to your benefit, the rate you receive after being counted your first month with us is the rate you will be charged for twelve months no matter how much your business grows during that year. While some answering services charge per a 28 day business cycle, you will only be charged once per calendar month, saving one extra bill each year.
