At Global Wireless Healthcare Services, the training that our operators receive is what sets our business apart from other answering services, and medical answering services alike.

At GWHS the operators are trained to supersede industry standards.  All operators are trained by a registered nurse to ensure that the urgency of a call can be recognized.  At the forefront of the training each operator receives is the need to pay close attention to the detail of a client’s preferences and protocols, the importance of maintaining courtesy and professionalism throughout every call, and the need for timeliness and thoroughness with each message taken.

To further our deliverance of quality service, our team of managers are available to all operators and supervisors 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
